At Beauty Logistics, we understand how important your products are to you, so we would like to deliver them as soon as possible. Nassau customers can enjoy same-day delivery services for items purchased before 6pm. Delivery times are as follows:

10 AM - Orders must be in before 9:30 AM
3 PM - Orders must be in before 2:00 PM
6 PM - Orders must be in before 6:00 PM

For Family Islands, boat deliveries are offered on Monday's and Tuesday's.
Delivery details are as follows:

Monday Deliveries - Orders must be in by Friday 5:00 PM
Tuesday Deliveries - Orders must be in by Monday 5:00 PM

Color/Satisfaction Policy
Beauty Logistics has made every reasonable effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site. However, the actual colors you see will depend on a number of factors including the monitor that you use and the settings on the monitor. Beauty Logistics does not guarantee that the display of any color will be accurate. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your experience on the Site, please contact us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the color of the hair that you purchased, we will process an exchange or a refund. A refund can only be processed within 7 days of purchase as long as the original packaging is intact.

Payment

Payment for items is required in full at the time of purchase. Beauty Logistics accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Island Luck, and cash on delivery as form of payment. Should you choose to pay by credit card, please know that your card will be charged at the time your purchase has been submitted.
Refunds/Unavailable Products

Should you require a refund via credit card, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If any item(s) that you have purchased is out of stock/unavailable, we will contact you to suggest a similar product. However, if you chose to cancel your order, you will be refunded immediately.

Exchange/Replacement

Beauty Logistics takes pride in our products, however, if you receive a product that is defective, you may contact us within 7 calendar days of your purchase so that we may address the issue promptly. The item purchased must be returned in its original state and/or packaging so that we may determine if said product is defective. If so, an exchange or a refund will be issued.
Please note that hair purchases will not be exchanged or refunded if it has been damaged or manipulated by purchaser in any form (chemicals, products, styling, etc.). Hair purchases must be unused and in its original packaging.
